About Anchor Hope: Mental Health Support Group
As part of Anchor Hope Mental Health Support, this peer-led group welcomes anyone experiencing depression or anxiety, and offers space to process thoughts, feelings, and stressors together.
Intended as added support to traditional therapy, group meetings include relevant topics from both the Bible, the therapeutic community and current neuroscience. Join us for helpful information and encouraging support.
